According to the CDC, each year there is over 7.5million reports of stalking/harrasment. Of those 7,500,000; 11.6% are proven to be the result of a perjured/false police report. This then wreaks havoc on 664,500 innocent people who are not perpetrators at all, but actual victims.  
*11.6% Cleared.  its estimated that roughly 1.3 of all cases are fraudulently brought 4 power/ Control.  

The 1 in 10 essentially prescribe to the 'crying wolf' syndrome for power and or control. Why? Well, that's simple. It's an easy manipulation, and its very rarely prosecuted should someone be proven to be a liar.

Its wrong and its sociopathic! Lying about what is essentially predatory behavior guarantees the wanted restraining order. Actually, without the appearance of a threat, getting a restraining order is actually difficult. You need a legitimate reason. And what better reason is there than to fear (excuse me, pretend to frar.) for your life? No one would think twice, so it's often misused- 664,500 times to be exact in the US each year alone.

We don't have to mention that this is more than unfair- it's deeply offensive. It Also places all those who actually are in danger more at risk for it poses the question of disbelief.

Recently, we too were subject to a 'Crying-Wolf' scenario and of course we became outraged and used our first amendment rights to express the injustice. the subject hadn't wanted a restraining order at all. She simply was hyper-vigilant, and used the police as her own personal security. She filed a false police report and became tbe actual criminal.

•she claimed that we were always parking in front of her home, When all along it was just the one time.
•she told the police that we were targeting her children And then presented a legally boy d 501c3 Non-Profit addressed 2 Her- not her children.

In fact she hadn't wanted any harm to come to us, nor had she wanted us arrested- hence no threat or she would tHen be proven unfit. However, at this point, she had already misled the police which gave the State the right to then prosecute if they so chose.

They did. ADA Angelica Gregory then 'created' the stalking and 'formulated' 4 charges as a means of strategy. Ms. Gregory 'stacked' the charges to include stalking with the presumption that we would run with our tail between our legs and accept a slap on the wrist- We didn't. Kids were used as leversge and that was UNACCEPTABLE.

Ms. Gregory believed she could bully a plea- she was wrong. Ms. Gregory built up a ridiculous case strictly to induce a fraudulent/perjured acceptance of guilt but didn't expect my integrity. Through 4 days of perjured testimony, she may have won the first round... but the truth will be forthwith.

(Kelly Rinaldi died in the cross-fire. In April 2016, we orchestrated an intervention to be executed in June. It never happened because I was falsely accused. July 22, 2016 Kelly Rinaldi passed away from a preventable disease.)
