WHO WE ARE
John M. Rinaldi
President & Founder
I'm not delusional, nor crazy. Although depending on who you ask, you may get a different answer.
But, aren't all of us who venture completely off the tried and true path considered 'off.' That 'normal' people don't understand us and then consider us crazy? I'd love to have led a conventional path, but alas it was not given.
My world has been filled with abuse, neglect, and abandonment. It wasn't just my family who didn't take proper care, it was those we most trusted- a neighbor, and a priest.
Fortunately, I see the world as it should be and accept nothing less. Knowing what I've learned, and seeing all that I've seen, you'd understand my mission. You may even then understand me- not the monster Brooke Shields claimed I am- well, Brooke didn't want to participate, the Manhattan DA fraudulently tried us, and both Brooke Shields and her husband Chris Henche perjured themselves for a win..
I'm a survivor of abuse and as I reclaimed myself in my 'acts of kindness, I finally found peace and exemplify gratitude.
"One of the best ways to reclaim your sense of power is by helping others: volunteer your time, reach out to someone in need, or donate to your favorite charity. Taking positive action directly challenges the sense of helplessness that is a common symptom of PTSD," according to HelpGuide.Org
We are actively/tirelessly/relentless fighting on behalf of our kids. We combat abuse/violence that in turns creates bully. Through education and programs, we will stop the bullying and we will champion those in need and teach them to stand for themselves.
Humanity unfortunately has taken a turn for the worse and order must be restored. Without it we will decline further and further. If we teach our children properly at the earliest ages to be their best versions, we will prevent much of the violence we see today. In doing so, we bring back faith and instill hope.
We can do this by teaching children that they matter.
Who am I?
I am a man who's life had been taken away from individuals who believed they could get away with harming a child. The life I've reclaimed is a life who's mission is clear: the more we invest in our kids now, the less we will be forced to pay to correct. Why not do things properly from the very beginning?
'All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.'
'Where one man can fracture a society, another can help it to heal.'
It's that simple.
I would like to thank my heroes. Without them, I would not be me. I would not be here.
12/14/15 It will be 3 years since Sandy Hook
What have we done?
The shootings in Dublane, Scotland caused Dublane to rally and come together. They memorialized those stolen and built a center.
We will too. I'll make sure of it.
I cannot do it alone and I seek the help of those who do have the courage to take the first step and say "NO MORE!, That we will not accept abuse/violence of anyone let alone our children.
We can take a stand to do just that, we will build a center to signify resilience and honor the dead so they may live on............and not fade away.
